The mix meal bundle gives you the plant-based lightness of our vegan broth bowls alongside the rich, collagen-depth of chicken broth bowls. Both built on the same slow-simmered broths we make fresh in our farm-kitchen. Both made with organic, seasonal ingredients. Both frozen at the peak of freshness and ready to warm in minutes.
The vegan broths we have now are:
I. Our vegan Gut Cuddles is built on the creamy slow-simmered mineral broth — a golden, plant-based base with a dash of oat milk and miso, rich in shiitake, sea vegetables and root herbs. Into that we add fine mungbean noodles, seasonal vegetables: cavolo nero, hokkaido pumpkin, artichoke, shiitake, radish, tempeh a gentle chili-carrot oil and vervain.
II. Our vegan Dr Skin Glow is made from our clear vegan mineral broth, rich in shiitake, sea vegetables and root herbs, infused with green tea. Filled with fresh kombu, nori, shiitake, cavolo nero, ginger, brown rice, parsley and cilantro microgreens (separate).
The chicken broths we have now are:
I. Our Granny's Medicine bowl is built on the slow-simmered chicken bone broth. Into that golden base we add organic short-grain brown rice, celery, carrot, leek, cavolo nero, parsley, tender chicken thigh and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Everything organic, everything local when in season, everything prepared and frozen day-fresh.
II. Our Soto Superpower bowl is also built on the slow simmered chicken bone broth, infused with fresh bayleaf, galangal and sereh. Into that we add mungbean noodles, cavolo nero, leek, shiitake, parsley, onion, chili-carrot oil, 6min boiled egg, chicken and a slice of bergamot.
Alternate through the week, or follow what your body is asking for that evening. Either way, there is always something warm, real and nourishing in the freezer.
Perfect for households that eat differently — a plant-based mother and a partner who eats chicken. Or simply for the person who wants variety across the week without having to choose one or the other.
