We are a broth business based in the Netherlands, focused on nourishing, high-quality products made with care.
Orders & Delivery
Orders are prepared fresh and shipped frozen.
We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days after purchase.
Delivery is currently available in the Brainport region (Eindhoven area). We will expand to other areas soon.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as the products are perishable.
Storage & Use
Our broth is delivered frozen and should be placed in the freezer immediately upon arrival.
Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within the indicated timeframe on the packaging.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g. damaged or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will find a suitable solution.
Allergies & Ingredients
We take great care in preparing our products, but please review ingredient information carefully. If you have specific allergies or concerns, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Personal Data
If you choose to share additional information (such as a baby due date or birthday), we will only use this for the purpose clearly stated (e.g. sending a handwritten card) and will not share it with third parties.
