  1. What is Broth by Phood?

    Broth by Phood is a premium, nutrient-rich broth made from high-quality, only natural. organic ingredients. It’s designed to support your daily wellness with a delicious, convenient, and functional drink.

  2. What makes your broth different?

    THE LOVE for pure, trustworthy nourishment from a to z. You can taste it and see it in the density of our (chicken) broths. We focus on clean ingredients (including mineralized filtered water), slow cooking methods, and optimal nutrient extraction. Our broth is crafted to deliver both taste and functional benefits, without unnecessary additives. You will notice the difference by the firmness of its gel, which you find in our chicken broth. For our vegan broths we only use organic and as much as we can locally regeneratively sourced ingredients.

  3. Is your broth ready to drink?

    Yes! But stay with me… Your broths come frozen. This way we can ensure the highest value of nutrition and also so you can keep some spare in your freezer at any given time. Simply thaw your broth overnight, when it has defrosted you can take out your portion (usually this is ½ a pot per serving), heat it up to 70 degrees and it is already up to a light salted level. If you feel you need extra electrolytes or more salty taste, you can adjust the salt levels yourself up to taste with the Celtic Salt that comes with the 9 packs and the postpartum bundles.

  4. Is it only for pregnant women?

    Not at all! While our broths are especially supportive during pregnancy and postpartum recovery, they’re designed for anyone looking to nourish their body. Whether you're focused on gut health, boosting immunity, recovering from illness or workouts, or simply enjoying a wholesome, comforting drink/meal, our broths are made to support overall wellness at every stage of life.

  1. What ingredients do you use?

    It is our promise to source the highest-quality organic and responsibly produced ingredients.

  3. Is it healthy?


    Our broth is rich in nutrients like collagen, amino acids, and minerals that support overall wellness, digestion, and recovery. Especially in pregnancy, postpartum and overall recovery broth can be a great additive to your already clean and healthy diet for extra energy and stable blood-sugar.

  4. Is your broth suitable for special diets?


    Our broth is generally suitable for keto, paleo, and low-carb diets. Please check individual product labels for specifics.

Usage

  1. How should I consume the broth?


    You can enjoy it as a warm drink, preferably on an empty stomach, or as part of your daily routine —morning, post-workout, or anytime you need a nourishing boost.

  2. How often should I drink it?


    This depends on your lifestyle. Many people enjoy it daily for ongoing benefits. If you are restoring the advice is to drink ca. 150ml, twice a day on an empty stomach, ca. 15-20min before a meal.

  3. Do I need to refrigerate it?


    Yes, once you opened it or defrosted should be kept refrigerated and consumed within a few days. Unopened and frozen storage instructions are listed on the packaging.

    We currently delivery within the Eindhoven Region. If you need our broths further away, please contact us and we can see what we can do for you.

  3. How long does delivery take?


    Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. You will receive a WhatsApp message on the day we will deliver.

  1. How do you approach sustainability?


    We are committed to minimizing waste and sourcing responsibly. Our production process focuses on using whole organic ingredients and reducing environmental impact wherever possible. You can check our ingredient and supplier list for a transparent look into our products.

  2. Is your packaging sustainable?


    We continuously work on improving our packaging to be as environmentally friendly as possible, but still keeping the experience filled with love and beauty. Our broths come in glass re-usable containers, our meals come in biodegradable packaging and our print-work is printed on paper-wise recycled paper. If you have any suggestions on how to improve even more, we are always happy to chat!

  1. Can I freeze the broth?


    Yes, our broth is always frozen on arrival to extend shelf life without compromising quality. It is already frozen in glass, so it will not burst in your freezer.

  2. Do you offer different flavors?


    In our base broth range, we offer vegan and chicken — as clean and nourishing in taste as possible. In our meals we do offer different flavors, which will keep extending and expanding over time.
