Organic whole chicken — including neck and feet — simmered slowly for many hours under high pressure with fresh kombu, black pepper and Celtic sea salt. The long cooking process draws out naturally occurring collagen, gelatin, amino acids and minerals from the bones. You’ll receive your bundle of nourishment within 1–3 days after placing your order.

Inside you’ll find 6 jars (3l) of organic chicken broth (500 ml each) and a digital guide with warm recipes and simple daily rituals.

Everything arrives frozen. Store the broths in the freezer for up to three months, or place them in the refrigerator to thaw.

Before warming, thaw your broth overnight in your fridge or on your kitchen counter. Your broth will be super jelly, that’s pure gelatin and golden goodness! It will get silky liquid when you start warming it.

Warm the broth slowly and gently, up to a maximum of 70°C, to preserve its natural nourishment.

Sip 125 ml (1/4 a jar) once or twice per day.

You can add fresh herbs just before drinking for extra minerals, fibre and digestive support.

  • Slow simmered in small batches in our farm-kitchen near Eindhoven, by women, for women
